SUMMARY
PIXAR CLOUD SPECIALST & EPIC GAMES METAVERSE
pioneer Matt Willson chose the weekend of NFT NY, one of the world’s biggest Web3 gatherings, to launch his first art show. He asked Player/Coach to get him over the finish line.

Establishing key connections with established Web3 communities, blitzing discords, and living on Twitter Spaces - we launched Sentinels, a rare Web3 collection that comes with a 1/1 high definition framed print.
THE CHALLENGE
Matt, also known as ‘Bunnylever' in the art world, asked us to cut through the noise and draw attention to the show. With his mastery of 3D textures and cloud dynamics, Matt created Sentinels, a series autobiographical cloud scenes that suspend reality.
This autobiographical series required meticulous planning and execution, as it represented not just his first art project but also a fond farewell to NYC before moving south the very next morning.

SENTINEL #7 "44and2nd"
Created and released to celebrate NFT NY.
EXECUTION
Sentinels was slated for a simultaneous release on OpenSea NFT marketplace and a physical art gallery in Chelsea spanning over 2500 square feet.

We provided a comprehensive experience - an amalgamation of the digital and physical realms.

Connections were established with various Web3 communities, including the Bored Ape Yacht Club where Matt was a member - as well as Cool Cats, White Sands, Desperate Apewives, Ivy Boys and unemployables.
The objective was to create organic buzz in relevant circles. It worked, as both Andrew and Matt were recurring invited guests on Twitter Spaces lead by Web3 Community members.
We even explored the possibility of releasing the art series in the White Sands Metaverse was explored to further enhance the digital footprint before realizing the tech had not caught up to our vision.
The physical gallery in Chelsea featured 4k signed and framed twins of the digital NFTs were provided to buyers - a rare offering in the space, facilitiating an immersive experience for visitors.
THE RESULTS
Despite a last minute Covid outbreak on our core team, the launch event was seamless. The Sentinels project resonated with attendees, as hundreds visited the gallery and pieces were sold on-site to the tune of dozens of thousands of dollars in revenue.

The event significantly raised Matt Wilson's profile in the art community. This is evident from his subsequent achievement of having some of his works displayed at the San Diego airport (below).

Matt is currenly a Senior Lighting Artist at Epic Games.
